We guarantee that all artwork purchased from Print Pattern Archive is exclusive to you, the purchaser. This means that each design will not be resold, replicated, or offered elsewhere, ensuring its unique use. All rights to the purchased artwork, including usage rights, are transferred to the purchaser upon completion of the sale.

2. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

Upon purchasing artwork, you are granted full rights to use the design in accordance with your needs, whether for personal or commercial purposes. This includes reproduction, adaptation, and display in any medium of your choosing. Print Pattern Archive retains the right to feature images of the design within our portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Order Process and Payment

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin the process of preparing and delivering your product(s) according to your selected shipping option. All prices listed on the webshop are final at the time of purchase. VAT and shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated and shown at checkout.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of our designs, we cannot accept returns once the final artwork has been delivered. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at studio@printpatternarchive.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
